ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Activities Assistant, you will play a key part in enriching the everyday lives of residents by creating fun, stimulating, and meaningful activities tailored to their individual interests and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Get to know residents and their families to design tailored activity plans that boost social engagement, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Plan and run imaginative group sessions and 1-on-1 activities within the home and local community.
Foster a lively, inclusive, and uplifting environment centered around celebrating life.

ABOUT YOU
You don’t necessarily need prior care home experience—just the right attitude, energy, and empathy!
Ideal Qualifications & Traits:
Personality: Warm, friendly, and compassionate with an infectious level of enthusiasm.
Skills: Strong organizational and planning abilities to coordinate engaging activities smoothly.
Approach: Highly creative, motivating, and proactive in encouraging resident participation.
Experience: Previous activity coordination or care experience is a plus, but full training is provided to help you grow.
