About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Housekeeping Assistant for Lady Jane Court Care Home in Leicester.
In this vital role, you will work as part of a committed team to ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and laundry are maintained throughout the home, upholding hotel-service standards and creating a comfortable, pristine living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out all cleaning duties in strict accordance with worksheet instructions and standard operating procedures.
Understand the specific cleaning requirements of different surfaces, coverings, and materials, ensuring all areas are well-presented and properly maintained.
Ensure all residents are treated with utmost dignity and respect, always honoring their personal space and belongings.

What We Are Looking For:
Safety Awareness: Solid knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
Experience: Prior experience cleaning or handling laundry in a public or professional setting.
Compassion & Commitment: A genuine dedication to delivering high-quality housekeeping and laundry services that enhance residents' quality of life.
Flexibility: Adaptability to cover various responsibilities and shifts at short notice.
