About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant at Atfield House Care Home, you will help our residents feel secure, supported, and cared for throughout the night. Your varied and rewarding duties will include:
Assisting residents with daily living needs, personal care, and support with food and drink.
Following tailored care plans to ensure every individual's specific requirements are met.
Providing reassuring companionship and dedicating meaningful one-to-one time.
Bringing your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling night-shift environment.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted and dedicated individuals who thrive during the night. To join us, you will need:
Prior experience in caring for older people.
A positive, can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
Genuine empathy, a warm-hearted nature, and the compassion to deliver top-tier support.
