About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced and dedicated Senior Night Carer for Whitewater Place Care Home.
In this vital night-shift leadership role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents overnight to ensure the continuous delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. You will lead your shift team by providing guidance, conducting supervisions, and delegating duties effectively. Your responsibilities will also include administering and ordering medication, reviewing and updating care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GPs, district nursing teams, and families. As an added welcome bonus, you will receive a £750 Golden Hello when you join the team!
About You
We are looking for a warm-hearted and compassionate leader committed to high-standard, individualized care. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Previous experience working within a residential care setting.
Skills: Proven team leadership capabilities and the decisive judgment needed to support resident wellbeing overnight. (Plus, excellent opportunities for career progression into Care Practitioners, Community Leads, or nursing pathways!)
