HC-One is looking for a Senior Care Assistant at Brinnington Hall in Stockport. You will lead a team of Care Assistants and plan care that gives residents security, dignity and independence.

What you will do:

Lead Care Assistants and keep standards of care high
Get to know residents and families and help deliver personalised care plans
Support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, including with activities and administering medication
Keep accurate records and build strong team relationships

What they are looking for: ideally a Level 2 Diploma or S/NVQ in Adult Social Care and readiness to work towards Level 3, plus experience of person-centred care planning and dementia care. Essential qualities are positive energy, good record keeping, time management and kindness. Full training is provided, and all colleagues complete safeguarding training.

£14.35 to £14.95 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
