The Opportunity
We are partnering with an innovative team advancing how artificial intelligence is applied within cybersecurity, turning emerging capabilities into practical, robust software that detects and responds to sophisticated digital threats.
They are looking for a visionary Principal Python Software Engineer to architect and lead the development of cutting-edge AI-driven security systems designed to protect complex, mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build scalable, high-performance Python applications and backend services.
Drive the technical development of innovative AI-driven cybersecurity capabilities and automated detection mechanisms.
Spearhead the automation of complex threat detection, security analysis, and operational workflows.
Bridge the gap between advanced research prototypes and production-grade software.
Lead the deployment of mission-critical capabilities into secure operational environments.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive commercial software engineering experience with Python.
Proven track record building and scaling production-grade software in complex environments.
Deep understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and foundational machine learning concepts.
Strong background working with artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or advanced analytical platforms.
Familiarity with FastAPI, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and cloud/container ecosystems (AWS, Kubernetes) is highly advantageous.
