We are currently recruiting on behalf of the Cambian Group to find passionate, down-to-earth Residential Support Workers for a warm, welcoming children’s home in Levenshulme, Manchester.

The home is a comfortable 5-bedded property currently caring for four amazing young people (aged 8–18) who routinely make the staff proud with their personal goals. Your Daily Core Responsibilities

Your role centers around keeping the home safe, structured, and genuinely fun for the residents:

Daily Structures: Helping young people navigate their day-to-day routines, from getting ready for school and prepping meals to setting up bedtime schedules.
Homely Upkeep: Creating a bright, clean, and warm home environment through light housekeeping duties.
Emotional Anchorage: Building strong, meaningful relationships and providing empathetic emotional support when a resident is having a tough day.
Creating Memories: Planning and jumping into fun activities, such as trips to the local park, popcorn-filled movie nights, or creative art projects.
Care Documentation: Maintaining accurate daily logs and records to ensure high-quality, compliant care.
