Care Home General Manager

Avery Healthcare is looking for a General Manager to lead Acer Court Care Home in Nottingham. You would lead and inspire the team to deliver safe, person-centred care while meeting regulatory, professional and statutory standards and business targets.

What you would do:

• Make sure residents consistently receive high-quality care based on best practice
• Recruit, retain and develop staff
• Be the main contact for residents, relatives, visitors and health and social care professionals
• Review and maintain safe staffing levels in line with occupancy and dependency
• Manage costs within budget, including monitoring stock

What they ask for:

• At least four years' experience in a similar care environment
• Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Good written and verbal communication and IT skills
• Flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice

This is a permanent role paying £60,000 plus bonus and benefits. Avery pays for the DBS check, and you will need proof of eligibility to work in the UK. The advert may be withdrawn early depending on applications received.
