About the Role

Autumn Leaf, beautifully located in the Castle Bromwich area of Solihull, is looking to recruit a dedicated Bank Support Worker to join our compassionate team. Situated on a quiet street close to the town centre, our home provides specialist residential support for eight male and female autistic adults.

Our team is deeply committed to improving the quality of life for the individuals we care for. We focus on understanding their unique needs, setting realistic and achievable personal goals, and building meaningful relationships while offering a variety of engaging activities.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Bank Support Worker, you will be part of a collaborative team working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and the overall wellbeing of our residents. Your support plays a major role in creating a positive, safe, and enriching experience for everyone at Autumn Leaf.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Care & Daily Skills: Assist residents with their everyday care requirements and personal needs while actively promoting daily living skills.
Goal Achievement: Support individuals in reaching their personalized, achievable life goals to foster increased confidence.
Activities & Engagement: Help facilitate, encourage, and participate in meaningful activities and hobbies with residents both in the home and out in the community.
Operational Support: Work alongside the team to keep communal areas organized, safe, and welcoming, while completing essential daily records and notes.

Prior experience is beneficial but not essential—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing professional guidance to ensure you have the skills you need to succeed.
