The Role
As a Lidl Store Manager, you’re ready to embrace a unique culture and play a key part in building a global business. From taking ownership of your store and keeping customers happy to developing and inspiring your team, you’ll lead from the front and guide the store toward success. Key Responsibilities:
Motivate and support your team, guided by Lidl's Company Values.
Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work.
Manage and improve day-to-day store operations and performance KPIs.
Optimize processes and solve problems to keep the store running like clockwork.
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to every customer who shops with us.

Proven experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
Pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and team through every shift.
Strong communication skills to tackle even the trickiest conversations.
The confidence to monitor, manage, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
What You’ll Receive:
Competitive Salary: £46,000 - £66,000 per annum based on equal opportunity structures.
