About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced and driven Shop Manager to lead the team supporting Greggs at their Ballymena Road location in Antrim.
In this pivotal leadership position, you will be responsible for driving shop success, managing operational performance, and developing a highly motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service across all ordering channels—including in-store, Click + Collect, delivery, and drive-thru.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and engage team members to high performance while fostering an inclusive, welcoming work culture.
Operational & Financial Management: Oversee daily store operations, monitor wage controls, manage waste, and drive sales performance to achieve shop targets.
Hands-on Service: Lead by example on the shop floor by assisting with food preparation, oven management, and direct customer service.
Standards & Hygiene: Ensure the store remains clean, well-stocked, presentable, and fully compliant with health and safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
Proven track record as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Line Manager in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced food-on-the-go environment.
Strong leadership capability with experience managing operational performance and developing team members.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
