The Centre delivers specialist 24-hour nursing and slow-stream rehabilitation therapies for individuals living with complex, long-term neurological conditions, focusing on maximizing functional ability, comfort, and quality of life.

Support patients with their day-to-day care needs, recovery goals, and overall wellbeing.
Assist with personal care and daily living activities, promoting dignity, choice, and independence at all times.
Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the delivery of person-centered care alongside nurses and the multidisciplinary team.
Observe, monitor, and respond to changes in patients' behaviors, needs, and wellbeing.
Adapt your approach to meet individual patient requirements, including those with communication difficulties and complex care needs.
Accurately maintain and update patient records and care documentation.
Provide emotional support and reassurance, helping create a safe, therapeutic environment.
