Care Assistant

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Care Assistant to join their dedicated care home team in London, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and motivated individual to provide person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing for residents.

As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality support, helping residents with their daily needs while creating a safe, comfortable and positive living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and daily living support tailored to individual care plans.

• Assist residents with nutrition, hydration and social activities to promote physical and emotional wellbeing.

• Monitor residents' wellbeing and maintain accurate care records in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team.

• Previous care experience or a Health & Social Care qualification is desirable.
