This is a dynamic, people-oriented role offering great variety, teamwork, and everyday challenges. Working across service, picking, and replenishment areas, you will help shoppers experience a fantastic trip every single day.

Availability & Working Hours

• Contracted Hours: 16 hours per week (guaranteed minimum hours, with options to discuss flexibility down to 12 hours if preferred).

• Required Availability Window:

  • Sunday: 16:00 – 24:00

  • Monday: 16:00 – 24:00

  • Tuesday: 16:00 – 24:00

  • Wednesday: 16:00 – 24:00

  • Thursday: 16:00 – 24:00

  • Friday: 16:00 – 24:00

  • Saturday: 16:00 – 24:00

• Note: You will receive at least 3 weeks' notice of your exact shift schedules. Applicants must be over 18 years of age to apply for this role (due to late-night working hours extending past 9:45 PM).

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Put customers first, providing friendly, natural service and greeting shoppers with a smile and pride.

• Store Operations: Provide flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, and occasional delivery assistance.

• Product Care & Standards: Stay confident with store products and services, making customer-focused decisions that support strong sales and waste reduction.

• Teamwork: Work well within an inclusive team, communicate openly, and help build a positive, supportive team spirit.
