In this pivotal senior role, you will oversee night operations, acting as the clinical expert and deputizing for the Home Manager during night shifts. You will maintain strict clinical governance, lead the delivery of high-quality pastoral and clinical care, and drive continuous improvement across audit practices, care planning, and resident assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift operations, deputize for the Home Manager, and serve as the home's lead clinical nurse expert.

• Maintain top-tier clinical governance by auditing practices, reviewing procedures, and leading high-quality care delivery.

• Conduct clinical assessments, develop comprehensive care plans, and mentor night care staff to drive continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Active registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.

• Strong proficiency in clinical assessment tools (e.g., Waterlow, MUST) and extensive care planning expertise.

• Proven leadership and organizational skills with a passion for quality assurance and clinical excellence.
