Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team on a permanent day contract. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our community, driving and running your unit while providing exceptional clinical leadership, hands-on care, and guidance to the wider care team.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the clinical wellbeing of residents, ensuring physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Carry out comprehensive clinical assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Coach, guide, and support the care team, providing both formal and informal teaching programmes.
Monitor work areas to ensure safety, compliance with legislation, and alignment with high CQC standards.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
A valid NMC pin with a genuine commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and continuous professional development.
A positive, energetic attitude and a naturally caring, hands-on approach to nursing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, honest relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary professionals.
A passion for coaching and empowering team members.
