Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Cotteswold Dairy to recruit a dependable and enthusiastic 7.5T Van Driver for their Shropshire Depot.
As a family-owned business with production based in Tewkesbury since 1938, Cotteswold Dairy offers a unique opportunity to deliver quality dairy products across picturesque Mid Wales landscapes and into the industrial heart of vibrant English cities. In this intensive multi-drop night shift role, you will work independently on the road, manage stock rotation, unload products, and build great customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Safe Deliveries: Drive safely and courteously, delivering high-quality dairy products to semi-retail customers across scenic countryside and urban routes.
Service Excellence: Maintain Cotteswold Dairy’s reputation for excellent service, handling each delivery with precision and care.
Stock Management: Uphold stock rotation and quality standards to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Route Adaptability: Flexibly navigate varied routes and landscapes, adapting to challenges from the Mid Wales hills to the Black Country industrial areas.
Skills & Experience Required
Licence: A clean UK driving licence with Category C1 and a valid driver CPC card.
Physical Fitness: Capable of handling an active role involving manual handling.
Attributes: A positive, reliable attitude with exceptional attention to detail and flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
