About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will help residents enjoy each day by providing personal, person-centred care and warm companionship. Every day brings varied and rewarding opportunities to support our residents' overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care & Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, including mobility, dressing, and food/drink intake.
Care Plan Execution: Follow individualized care plans and risk assessments to deliver consistent, high-standard support.
Companionship: Spend dedicated one-to-one time with residents, sharing moments, memory-making, and conversation.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside nurses, senior carers, and hospitality teams to maintain a warm, safe, and vibrant home environment.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted carers who excel in communication and show genuine empathy toward residents.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience caring for older people (in professional or personal settings).
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
