As a Bank Maintenance Assistant at Trinity Manor, you will help create safe, attractive, and well-maintained surroundings that enable us to provide the exceptional care and support our residents deserve.

Making the right first impression is vital. Providing flexible cover for leave or sickness, your role will involve a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the building, facilities, and grounds are kept looking and functioning at their absolute best every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine property maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across the home and grounds.

• Ensure all internal and external areas meet strict safety, compliance, and aesthetic standards.

• Conduct regular maintenance checks and support prompt resolution of reported faults.

• Maintain a helpful, patient, and polite presence around residents while working.

• Provide flexible bank cover to support the maintenance team as and when required.
