Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you will maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the care home while fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in residents' rooms and common areas.

• Ensure laundry services for residents' clothing are delivered to the highest standard of care.

• Understand resident preferences and needs to deliver person-centered housekeeping services.

Requirements

• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

• Compassionate, caring demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial, though full training and support are provided.
