As a Senior Driver representing Bridge Staffing Agency at Bidfood in Biggleswade, you will take the next exciting step in your driving career by leading from the front. Key Responsibilities
Kick-start the day smoothly and safely by coordinating driver despatch.
Support fellow drivers out on the road and collaborate closely with management to keep operations running like clockwork.
Drive strong communication between the drivers and the wider transport team.
Deliver multi-drop orders efficiently while maintaining the highest safety and customer service standards.
What You Need to Apply
A full driving licence (Cat C or C+E).
Proven experience as a professional driver looking to step up and lead by example.
Fantastic people skills, with a passion for supporting others and delivering great service.
A proactive, hands-on attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities.
