Regional Support Manager (Clinical)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Regional Support Manager (Clinical) to support care homes across North London, UK. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced clinical professional to work closely with regional management teams, driving high standards of care, supporting Home Managers, and improving service quality across multiple care homes. Key Responsibilities

• Support Home Managers by providing clinical guidance, leadership, and operational expertise across multiple care homes.

• Conduct clinical audits, analyse quality metrics, and implement service improvement plans to enhance care standards.

• Work alongside the Regional Director to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience in a care home or quality management role.

• Experience leading audits, developing action plans, and supporting service improvements.

• Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple locations.
