What You’ll Earn & Receive

Hourly Rate: £15.45 per hour
Premium Pay: An additional £2.00/hr for Bank Holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts (when applicable)
Holiday: 30–35 days of annual leave (pro rata)

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership: Motivate, support, and delegate tasks effectively, creating an encouraging environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
Shift Management: Handle freshness checks, cash processes, inventory tracking, and stock management to ensure every shift runs like clockwork.
Operational Control: Confidently manage store operations and lead colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
Problem Solving: Swiftly tackle day-to-day challenges on your feet to keep store operations moving efficiently.
Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming environment, ensuring every customer receives premium service during their visit.
