ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a central role in creating a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for residents, families, and visitors. Working closely with the kitchen and hospitality teams, you will help make every mealtime a highlight of the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare dining areas to ensure they are clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Serve meals and refreshments, ensuring residents' individual dietary needs and preferences are met.
Assist with day-to-day hospitality and lighter kitchen duties as needed.
Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, health, and safety across all service areas.
Interact with residents in a caring, patient, and friendly manner to enhance their daily wellbeing.

Requirements & Experience:
Prior experience in a hospitality, catering, or customer service environment.
A friendly, caring, and professional approach to customer service.
Good communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
Solid understanding of basic food hygiene and health and safety guidelines.
Ability to work efficiently, attentively, and calmly during busy service periods.
