On behalf of our client, Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking a courteous and dependable Bank Driver to join the team at the beautiful Lynde House Care Home in Twickenham, Richmond.

About the Role
As a Bank Driver, you will play a key role in enriching residents' daily lives by providing safe, friendly, and reliable transportation for community outings, medical appointments, and local activities, while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Passenger Transport: Driving residents, staff, and guests safely for various planned outings, activities, and essential transport needs.
Warm Engagement: Interacting respectfully and patiently with all passengers, fostering a positive and comfortable travel environment.
Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Performing routine vehicle checks to ensure minibuses/vehicles remain clean, fully operational, hygienic, and roadworthy at all times.
Flexible Coverage: Stepping in on a bank basis to support transport schedules and cover leave or peak requirements.
About You
We are looking for a safety-minded, respectful, and friendly individual who genuinely cares about the well-being and mobility of older adults.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence.
Required Certifications: Completed NVQ Level 2 Health & Safety, COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health), and Infection Control training.
Personal Qualities: Courteous, patient, punctual, and helpful with excellent communication and people skills.
Standards: Dedication to maintaining high standards of transport safety, passenger care, and vehicle cleanliness.
