About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant at Chestnut Gardens, you will play a vital role in helping our residents enjoy each day to the fullest. This flexible, casual position allows you to work as and when needed—providing essential cover for annual leave or sick leave.
Your duties will be as varied as they are rewarding, including:
Assisting residents with daily living, personal care, and food and drink intake.
Following tailored care plans to ensure individual needs are met.
Providing meaningful companionship and one-to-one time to create special memories.
Bringing your dedication, empathy, and compassion to a supportive environment.
About You

Prior experience in caring for older people.
