Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging group and one-to-one activities that promote residents' wellbeing and social interaction.

• Organise events, celebrations, and outings while managing the home's activity programme and allocated budget.

• Build relationships with residents, local community groups, and external organisations to create enjoyable experiences.

Requirements

• Creative, organised, and enthusiastic with a passion for improving people's wellbeing.

• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience in activity coordination, care, or community engagement is desirable.
