About the Role
As a permanent Night Care Assistant at Snowdrop Place, you will help residents feel safe, secure, and well-cared for through the night hours.
You’ll assist with night-time routines, personal care, and mobility support while providing gentle reassurance and companionship. Every shift brings a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment, ensuring residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and peace of mind overnight.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive night-time care, personal care, and mobility assistance.
Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate nightly records.
Offer comfort, reassurance, and support for any late-night needs.
Maintain a calm, safe, and peaceful atmosphere throughout the home.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Communication & Attitude: Excellent communication skills with a proactive, can-do approach.
Values: Genuine empathy, a warm-hearted nature, and deep compassion for resident wellbeing.
Commitment: Available for a permanent full-time night contract of 36 hours per week.
