We are proud to partner with Circle Health Group—Britain’s leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a visionary and expert Clinical Services Manager – Consultant Nurse for dermatology services at Circle Integrated Care in Wolverhampton.
Act as an expert practitioner demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and skills beyond traditional nursing roles within specialized dermatology services.
Exercise advanced clinical judgment, discretion, and autonomous decision-making in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with complex dermatological conditions.
Co-lead the dermatology service alongside the Lead Doctor, ensuring safe, effective, and high-efficiency operational service delivery.
Provide robust clinical leadership, mentorship, and professional support to nursing and non-medical staff within the department.
Drive clinical governance standards forward through active participation in clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate expert communication skills when managing highly complex, clinical, or sensitive patient situations.
Registration: Registered Nurse with current, active NMC registration.
Education & Qualifications: Degree in Nursing (or equivalent demonstrable experience at this level), alongside a specialist post-registration qualification in Dermatology and a Non-Medical Prescriber qualification.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience at Band 7 or above within specialized dermatology services, including a strong track record of leading and managing multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Expertise: Advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic, and chronic skin disease management skills, coupled with experience delivering education, mentorship, and formal presentations.
Governance & Standards: Strong understanding of clinical governance, audit, evidence-based practice, and the application of research into clinical settings.
Competitive Salary: Up to £68,182.38 per year.
