About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are delighted to partner with Morrisons to recruit an experienced Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant for their in-store pharmacy in Peckham.

In this role, you will provide a confidential, attentive service while helping patients feel better inside and out.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Deliver a friendly, confidential, and attentive service, ensuring the safe handover of prescriptions.

• Dispensing & Labelling: Accurately label and dispense Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) following pharmacy procedures.

• Retail & Stock Support: Support and help manage Over-The-Counter (OTC) sales and routine stock replenishment.

• Query Resolution: Use your initiative to help resolve surgery queries and report any dispensing errors or near misses.

• KPI Delivery: Collaborate with the wider pharmacy team and manager to meet agreed key performance indicators and deliver exceptional pharmacy services.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a naturally helpful, friendly style who goes above and beyond for customers.

• Qualifications: Completed an approved Pharmacy Assistant training course (e.g., NPA Interact) and an approved Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant course (e.g., NPA DAC - 1-year course).

• Customer Focus: Genuine care and compassion for customers, with a commitment to delivering stellar pharmacy services.

• Proactive Approach: Ability to use your own initiative to resolve customer queries efficiently.

• Flexibility: Comfortable working varied shifts and weekends where required.
