Position: Care Team Leader / Bank Senior Carer
Location: Langford View Care Home, Coach House Mews, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6EW
Pay Rate: £16.30 per hour (plus weekend and NVQ enhancements available)

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit an experienced and inspiring Bank / Relief Care Team Leader for Langford View in Bicester. Langford View provides specialist, high-quality residential, nursing, early-stage dementia, and respite care for up to 60 residents within calm, friendly, and comfortable surroundings.
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a crucial leadership role, supporting the Home Manager and guiding a small team of carers to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Your professionalism, kindness, and compassion will ensure our residents experience a deep sense of security, dignity, and independence while maintaining up-to-date care plans through continuous assessment and review.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of care assistants, acting as a positive role model and supporting inductions and daily task delegation.
Care Planning & Quality: Oversee the implementation, evaluation, and regular review of resident care plans to ensure high standards of safety and dignity.
Resident & Family Support: Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, ensuring individual emotional and physical needs are fully met.
Problem Solving: Use your initiative to manage queries, resolve day-to-day challenges, and balance team support with resident wellbeing effectively.
Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience in a residential care setting holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or holding NVQ Level 2 with a willingness to study for Level 3). Previous supervisory or senior care experience is a fantastic advantage!
