We are currently recruiting a hands-on Team Leader for Asda Express at North Muskham to take the lead in one of our popular branded food outlets (Greggs, Subway, or Burger King), supporting the team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service.
The Role
In this dynamic part-time role, you will be right at the heart of the food-to-go operation. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting your team to deliver exceptional, fast, and customer-focused service.
Managing daily routines, prepping food, and keeping queues moving during busy periods.
Overseeing food safety and maintaining consistent brand standards.
Supporting new starters and helping colleagues build their confidence and skills.
