In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing costs, training colleagues, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. It is the perfect stepping stone for high-performing supervisors and team leaders aiming for full store management.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Leadership: Confidently run store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

• Customer Excellence: Drive outstanding customer service standards across the entire team.

• Operations & Finance: Support store KPIs, monitor stock rotation, maintain product quality, and oversee till cashing up and safe deposits.

• Team Development: Help train, motivate, and boost engagement across the store team.

• Compliance: Ensure all Health & Safety and due diligence standards are consistently met.

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments (retail management experience is a plus!).

• Operational Skills: Strong abilities in time management, cost control, and meeting performance targets.

• High Standards: Passionate about customer service, compliance, and maintaining store presentation.

• Motivation: Driven to lead by example and continuously improve operational efficiency.
