Bank Care Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, delegate duties, and work alongside care assistants to deliver personalized care to residents.

• Administer medication, manage care plans, and perform risk assessments in collaboration with external stakeholders.

• Partner with home leadership to support service development and maintain an inclusive, professional environment.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferred, with proven shift leadership experience.

• Solid understanding of care planning, risk assessments, and medication administration protocols.

• Excellent organizational, delegation, and IT skills paired with a compassionate, resident-first mindset.
