About the Role
As a General Assistant at Lydfords, you will carry out a diverse range of tasks to help provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days are the same as you take on responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering.
Your empathetic, resident-first approach will help create a warm, homely, and positive environment where residents feel happy, valued, and well-cared for.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out daily housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry duties.
Assist with catering and hospitality services to ensure pleasant dining experiences.
Build positive, professional relationships with residents and their families.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
Support team operations flexibly on a bank contract basis.
