Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with Lidl to recruit a collaborative, determined, and energetic Customer Assistant in Bodmin. In this entry-level, fast-paced retail role, no two shifts are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Act as a Lidl expert, offering a warm smile and helping customers with questions, queries, and requests.

• Store Presentation: Keep the store clean, tidy, organized, and fully merchandised.

• Stock & Deliveries: Efficiently work incoming deliveries and maintain stock levels across all areas of the store.

• Specialized Tasks: Proactively bake fresh goods to keep the bakery stocked and expertly manage non-food middle-aisle displays.
