Clean Team Member
About this role
As a Clean Team Member, you will manage and carry out cleaning duties across diverse club areas including gym floors, changing rooms, showers, and poolside facilities. Supported by a Team Leader, you will organize your workflow to maintain high standards without interfering with member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare various areas across the facility, including gym equipment, changing rooms, showers, poolside, and waste management.
Safely operate specialist cleaning equipment such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners.
Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks to maintain a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment for all members.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role.
Strong organizational skills with good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
Ability to follow strict health, safety, and hygiene processes while handling equipment safely.
