What You Will Do
Our homes are built around accepting a child exactly as they are, without judgment. In this role, you will:
- Build Foundations: Help children and young people build self-esteem, accept themselves, and safely navigate their journey into adulthood.
- Provide Therapeutic Care: Work closely with children who may require high levels of supervision and support, always keeping safeguarding at the center of your practice.
- Create Structure: Use your organization skills to establish timetables, set healthy boundaries, and maintain a consistent, predictable environment.
- Enrich Lives: Support children in all aspects of their daily lives, including hobbies, outdoor activities, and educational pursuits.
What We Are Looking For
You don't need a background in care to make a difference—we provide a comprehensive induction and ongoing training. We just need you to bring the right heart and mindset.
Requirements:
- Must be 22 years of age or older (to meet Ofsted regulatory requirements).
- Holds a valid manual driving licence.
- Naturally caring, compassionate, and able to build positive relationships.
- Resilient and able to remain calm and grounded in challenging situations.
