About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant for Raleigh Manor Care Home.
In this important leadership role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a dedicated team of Care Assistants. You will also support the clinical team in key areas such as medication administration, care assessments, plans, and reviews, while always respecting the dignity, choices, and independence of our residents.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated care professional ready to make a real impact. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Attributes: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and equipped with strong motivational and leadership skills. (Ongoing training is provided, with fantastic opportunities for career progression into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles!)
