About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Co-op to recruit a friendly and dependable Customer Team Member for their busy store on Cromwell Street in Stornoway.

If you are looking for a stable part-time retail role with fixed evening and weekend hours, full paid training, and a supportive team environment, this is a wonderful opportunity! No prior retail experience is required—just a genuine passion for helping people.

• Working Pattern: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM on Thursday and Friday, and 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM on Saturday.

• Key Tasks: Operating tills, working on the shop floor, keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy, and promoting Co-op Membership.
