Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a passionate Nursing Community Manager for Rivermead Care Home. In this pivotal leadership role, you will work alongside the General Manager and multidisciplinary team to oversee clinical care delivery within your community. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of nurses and care assistants, ensuring accurate care plans, safe medication management, and excellence in person-centred care.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration and revalidation.
Experience: At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical or social care setting.
Key Skills & Knowledge: Strong clinical expertise, a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, proven experience leading and mentoring colleagues, and exceptional communication and decision-making skills.
