In this trusted role, you will work closely with the Store Management Team to safeguard people, products, and the overall store environment. You will play a crucial part in preventing loss, managing risk, and championing high standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Store Monitoring: Actively monitor the retail floor to identify, prevent, and report security incidents.
CCTV Operations: Operate and review CCTV systems in strict accordance with company policies.
Health & Safety: Support the enforcement and maintenance of comprehensive store safety procedures.
Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into stock loss, theft, and fraudulent activity.
Conflict Resolution: Engage with customers and colleagues calmly and effectively to de-escalate and resolve challenging situations.
