The Role

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain our high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor—whether managing early 5:00 AM starts or closing shifts—you’ll keep our store running like clockwork. You’ll also enjoy great responsibility, proving yourself as a leader and finding your footing for future success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.

• Problem Solve: Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively.

• Store Operations: Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Floor Excellence: Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly.

• Customer Focus: Give customers the very best experience every time they visit your store.
