Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to recruit a hard-working, focused, and reliable Warehouse Operative in Exeter. In this vital role, you will ensure our stores receive the right stock when they need it most.
From picking products using headset instructions to working through orders independently and handling items for chilled or frozen environments, you will roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Without you, our shelves would be empty—making this a truly impactful career opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Multi-task by carefully listening to picking instructions through your headset and carrying them out swiftly.
Stock Handling: Pack a variety of products including meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items (with premium payments of £1.50/hour when working in temperatures as low as -18°C).
Quality & Safety: Ensure deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure, and report any damaged items to your manager.
Independent Execution: Work through your orders autonomously to achieve your daily goals and targets.
