Rate of Pay: £21.40 - £23.64 per hour (depending on experience) + Paid Breaks + £1,000 Welcome Bonus*
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (3 x 12-hour shifts per week, 36 hours total)
About the Role
We are partnering with Hadley Lawns Care Home in Barnet to find a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for day shifts. As a Registered Nurse through Supportive Bridge, you will play a pivotal, highly respected role in managing the unit, overseeing clinical excellence, and ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the clinical well-being of residents, making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Manage unit clinical duties, including the oversight of care, administering and ordering medication, and evaluating individualised care plans.
Coach, mentor, and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and professionals.
Monitor work areas and practices to ensure strict compliance with safety standards, policies, legislation, and CQC requirements.
Build strong, trusted connections with residents and their families, delivering kindness, support, and exceptional communication for effective handovers.
What We Are Looking For
A qualified Registered Nurse with a valid, active NMC pin.
Previous experience maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
Confident in offering clinical guidance to care teams and supporting all CQC-related responsibilities.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, paired with a genuine passion for making a real difference in people's lives.
