Role Overview

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be the reliable operational and cultural backbone of the store. You will lead by example both on the shop floor and behind the scenes, getting stuck into everything from managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues. When the Store Manager is absent, you will step up with complete confidence to take ownership of the store, ensuring that you and your entire team are empowered to do your absolute best work.

• Autonomous Management: Independently manage store operations, workflows, and staff in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Customer Care: Serve as a welcoming, friendly face for every shopper, offering top-tier service and resolving queries with ease.

• Safety & Compliance: Competently ensure full compliance with Health and Safety laws, internal standards, and guidelines.
