About the Role
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for an exciting, travel-based clinical leadership role where your expertise shapes excellence across multiple care homes?
Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dynamic Peripatetic Nurse (RGN). In this rewarding role, you will travel across your region to support different care homes, leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing clinical standards, ensuring the safe administration of medicines, and helping new residents settle in with tailored care plans. You will have full autonomy and respect to do things the right way.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration as an RGN, accompanied by a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
Experience & Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge, a proven track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments, and a solid understanding of key regulatory frameworks (including NMC standards and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
Personal Qualities: Dedicated, ambitious, and equipped with a "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills to motivate diverse teams across different homes.
