Position: Patient Administrator (Permanent Role)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with The Park Hospital in Nottingham—part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a dedicated Patient Administrator for their Administration department.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours a week on a flexible shift pattern. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless execution of administrative workflows throughout the entire patient journey, delivering a professional, efficient, and standardized service to all patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues.
Patient Journey Support: Contribute directly to the smooth running of administrative processes across every stage of the patient's healthcare journey.
Process Adherence: Follow Circle Health Group's best practice process maps to guarantee an efficient, professional, and consistent standard of care.
Query Management: Handle and resolve all incoming patient enquiries promptly and professionally.
Communications & Bookings: Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, approve electronic bookings via relevant systems, and update any bookings received through email.
Health, Safety & Training: Maintain active knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for everyone on site, while keeping up-to-date with all mandatory training requirements.
Education: Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C (or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2 evidence).
Technical Skills: Highly proficient in PC use, software applications, and computerised systems.
Core Competencies: Basic financial awareness and strong administrative capabilities.
Desirable Criteria: Previous administrative experience gained within a private healthcare or clinical environment.
Competitive Pay: Starting salary of up to £25,071.00 per year based on experience, qualifications, and training.
