Role Overview
Position: Carer / Care Assistant
Location: Langford View, Coach House Mews, Bicester, OX26 6EW
Pay Rate: £13.78 per hour (Weekend and NVQ enhancements available)
Contract Type: Permanent, 30 hours per week
Shift Patterns: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Working alternate weekends)
Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026

Langford View offers specialist, high-quality residential, nursing, early-stage dementia, and respite care for up to 60 residents, providing a calm, friendly, and comfortable environment for everyone who lives there.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and bathroom support).
Bringing kindness, dignity, and exceptional care to help residents live happy, fulfilled lives.
Becoming part of an extended family where you'll build meaningful relationships, share laughter, and create lasting memories.
What We Are Looking For
No prior experience needed: We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers who bring diverse life experiences.
Great communication skills: Able to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
