We are currently recruiting a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant on behalf of our partner, Avery Healthcare, at their luxury Chertsey Parklands Manor Care Home in Chertsey, Surrey.
Your primary focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure seamless service continuity and a wonderful quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents in all personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas (such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, and signs of infection) and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting individual dignity and uniqueness.
Practicing safe systems of work across all assigned tasks and duties.
